Overview
What works today, and what's on the way.
Knosy works with the apps you already use, through their official interfaces only. It always shows you exactly what a host can and cannot do; nothing is ever simulated.
Available now
Claude Code Desktop and Codex have full support:
- Launch a session from Knosy, in the folder you choose. Codex also works with No project.
- Context on the first prompt, through the scope picker.
- Live session status: working, needs you, done.
- Jump back to the host from any session card.
See Claude Code and Codex for details, including Codex's one-time trust step.
Coming soon
- Claude Chat, for starting new chats from Knosy.
- Claude Cowork.
They will appear in Settings as they become available; no update on your side is needed beyond keeping Knosy current.
Jumping back
The jump back action on a session card returns you to where the work is. When the host supports opening the exact session, Knosy takes you straight to it; otherwise it focuses the app and tells you so, rather than pretending it found the exact spot. If the system declines to bring the app forward, Knosy asks it to highlight the app instead.
Managing integrations
Integrations are managed from Settings → Integrations: connect, repair, or remove them at any time. Before any change, Knosy backs up your existing configuration; it only ever touches its own entries, and removing an integration leaves everything else exactly as it was.
