Sessions
How Knosy tracks each conversation and what the four states mean.
Knosy keeps a card for each session it follows: which host it runs in, its scope, its folder or project, how long it's been going, and a short excerpt of the latest prompt so you can tell your sessions apart. The card is a status view, not a transcript: the conversation itself stays in the host.
The four states

Working | The session is processing your prompt. |
Needs you | The session is waiting on you: a permission, a question. |
Idle | The session is open with nothing running. |
Done | The latest turn finished. |
Needs you outranks everything: when any session needs you, that's what the capsule shows. After it, Working, then Idle, then Done. Every state is expressed with a shape and a label, never with color alone.
The capsule keeps count
Collapsed, the capsule shows the highest-priority state and, when you have more than one session, how many are running. Expand it to see the priority session in detail and the full list underneath.
Done cards stay until you clear them
A finished session keeps its card so you can still jump back to it. Dismiss the card when you're done with it: that only removes the card in Knosy and never touches the session in the host.
Sessions live with the app
Session cards and prompt excerpts exist only while Knosy is running. Close Knosy and they're gone; your preferences and remembered scopes stay. One small thing does persist: which scope each known session uses, as identifiers only, so a conversation you resume later keeps its context.
